An account Secret Word is a good means of confirming that you are making changes for an authorized client. It allows you to look up their "secret word" to verify the identity of the person in need of account access when they have forgotten their account password and their email address is no longer valid. Within the main account you do not have access to read the password, but you are able to update it for your client. Go to Resellers/Sub Account and click on Enter for the sub-account you wish to access. You will need to log out of the client's account and sign back into your reseller account once the password update is complete. To change your Secret Word please follow the steps below: Click the My Info link, this link is located towards the top left, under the My Account section. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Change the Secret Word type and the Secret Word here. Click the Save Changes button.
