When are renewal notices sent to customers for expiring domain names?

As a partner with our Global Partner Network (GPN), you have three optional settings regarding renewal notices sent to your clients. These three setting may be found the following way.

• Log into your account at www.rcomexpress.com
• Click Settings on the left, under the My Account section.
• Click the Reseller tab.
• Click the Reseller Renewal Settings link.

The three different settings are as follows:

1. Do not contact my customers for renewal.
   • This setting will prevent any renewal notices from being sent to your clients.
2. Send renewal notices to Registrants of domain names in my GPN account, 25 and 10 days prior to domain expirations.
   • You may choose the URL displayed to direct your clients to the specific Web Site in order to renew the domain names.
   • It is important that the auto-renew is not enabled for your GPN account; if enabled, 30 days prior to expiration your account will be automatically billed for the renewal fees.
3. Contact and charge my customers for renewals on my behalf.
   • We will contact your client 25 and 10 days prior to domain expirations and the email notice will appear to have come from you.
   • They will be directed to a site that is branded by your organization.
