If you are running your own Domain Name System servers (DNS servers) and would like to use your domain name to create a nameserver, you may register the nameserver name and IP address with Register.com so that we may register this with the Registry. Login to your account. From the menu at the top select DOMAINS, advanced tools and then register DNS. Use the tool in the first section of the page Register a Nameserver Name to create your nameserver.
The domain must be in your account, and each nameserver must begin with ns or dns.
Example: ns1.yourdomain.com dns2.yourdomain.net
