May I renew domain names in a client account and pay out of my reseller balance?

Yes. If you have domains in your sub-accounts that need to be renewed, and you want to pay directly for that renewal please follow the outlined steps below:

1. Log into your reseller account.
2. Select Domain Names at the left of the page.
3. Select Advanced Tools, List Wizard, and then Renew/Extend a List.
4. Add the domain name(s) you wish to renew by clicking the Add to Cart button and complete the purchase process.

This will deduct the renewal cost from your reseller balance, and leave the domain in their sub account. You may then bill or collect from your client directly.
