Since .cn domain names are country code domain names, the rules and regulations for transferring between Registrars is governed by the .cn Registry. Please review the following before attempting to transfer a .cn domain name: Domain names cannot be transferred within the first 60 days of initial registration. Domain names scheduled to expire in fewer than 14 days will not be allowed to transfer. You must use the authorization key which you obtain from the current registrar to transfer .cn domains. Domain names registered through China-based registrars cannot be transferred into non-China based registrars, and vice versa.
