Hosted Exchange - You cannot receive new e-mail notifications in Outlook

This problem can occur in a firewall environment because Outlook never receives the UDP (Universal Datagram Packets) that the Microsoft Exchange Server sends. To resolve this problem you need to allow all traffic from Exchange server to computer running Outlook or configure Outlook to use polling instead of UDP to receive new e-mail notifications.
